|tasty radishes|

We've been getting radishes for several weeks in our CSA. They are so good! We have little tiny red ones, and big giant red ones, and long carrot-like white ones. Today, I made a little salad of radishes....

  • Sliced radishes
  • Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chopped parsley and basil
  • Dollop of strained yogurt on the top
